Bender Wasenmiller’s Concierge Division was created out of the requests from our past clients to continue the same care for their homes as what was originally given during construction. After moving our clients into their homes, the Concierge Division is handed the baton to service their needs moving forward. This may include annual inspections, yearly maintenance, art hanging, holiday lighting, and many small projects that pop up.

The homes we build today are usually complex due to their architectural design, site limitations, and code compliance standards. Maintaining these structures with our Concierge Division ensures the continuity of knowledge and care that the home was created with.
